چکیده
Abstract Lactococcus lactis subsp . cremoris is a lactic acid bacterium commonly used in the cheese manufacturing industry. It known to produce antibacterial peptides and has recently received attention for its role as probiotic strain. Here, we report isolation of new strain, RPG-HL-0136 (RPG0136) from dried compost, which exhibits strong activity. When RPG0136 was fed mice, it increased intestinal population two beneficial bacteria, Lactobacillus Bifidobacterium , whereas decreased harmful Bacteroides Enterobacter In addition, concentration short-chain fatty acids, including acetic acid, propionic butyric with simultaneous decrease pH, accelerated catabolic degradation proteins, lipids, starch. Lastly, plasma IgG mucosal SIgA concentrations upregulated Reg3r, MUC1, MUC2 expression improve immune function. The results this study suggest that potential strain supports growth microbiome by promoting synthesis organic acids enhancing

PCR amplification of the gene acmA differentiates Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis and L. lactis subsp. cremoris.
The occurrence of the acmA gene, encoding the lactococcal N-acetylmuramidase in new lactococcal isolates from raw milk cheeses, has been determined. Isolates were genotypically identified to the subspecies level with a PCR technique. On the basis of PCR amplification of the acmA gene, the presence or absence of an additional amplicon of approximately 700 bp correlated with Lactococcus lactis su...
متن کاملComplete genome sequence of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris A76.
We report the complete genome sequence of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris A76, a dairy strain isolated from a cheese production outfit. Genome analysis detected two contiguous islands fitting to the L. lactis subsp. lactis rather than to the L. lactis subsp. cremoris lineage. This indicates the existence of genetic exchange between the diverse subspecies, presumably related to the technologi...
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequences of 11 Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris Strains
The lactic acid bacterium Lactococcus lactis is widely used for the fermentation of dairy products. Here, we present the draft genome sequences of 11 L. lactis subsp. cremoris strains isolated from different environments.
متن کاملMechanism of Proteinase Release from Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris Wg2.
The procedure generally used for the isolation of extracellular, cell-associated proteinases of Lactococcus lactis species is based on the release of the proteinases by repeated incubation and washing of the cells in a Ca-free buffer. For L. lactis subsp. cremoris Wg2, as many as five incubations for 30 min at 29 degrees C are needed in order to liberate 95% of the proteinase. Proteinase releas...
متن کاملPhysical and genetic map of the Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris MG1363 chromosome: comparison with that of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis IL 1403 reveals a large genome inversion.
A physical and genetic map of the chromosome of the Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris reference strain MG1363 was established. The physical map was constructed for NotI, ApaI, and SmaI enzymes by using a strategy that combines creation of new rare restriction sites by the random-integration vector pRL1 and ordering of restriction fragments by indirect end-labeling experiments. The MG1363 chrom...
